I have had the biggest crush on this guy since day one. Ryan Phillippe is the type of guy that could just sit in a room and all the girls would just flock to him in numbers. The baby face of someone that barely ages, but matures in its own way. The Prom King, The Water Polo team captain,  The young wealthy bachelor you name it. The best part of all of these characters is that…he’s straight! Though his type being that of blondes, which is far from my genetics, it is such a breath of fresh air to have such an amazing looking catch who likes vaginas. 

I find the worst type of rejection is to fall for someone who plays for your team unexpectedly

Cruel Intentions is one of my all time favorite movies, where I’ve envied the characters of Kathryn and Annette played by Sarah Michelle Gellar and Reese Witherspoon. From that movie alone, is when I started developing my new level of status in the boys I chose to pursue and be around. I started going to high school parties in the hills that I new would level up to Sebastians character to some extent. I started eyeing the popular guys in my social circles, and even summer trips to New York and Connecticut, I became close with my cousins core groups of friends.

Funny enough after I took a break from acting, I took a job in Aliso Niguel, not far from Laguna Beach, full of young, rich, obnoxious guys who were making more money than the typical Orange County trust fund baby.

I was familiar with this area and their guys considering I cheered in these areas, going to there bon fires and parties regularly. A building full of young men. Why not? That’s when I found my own version of Ryan Phillippe. Before I could even have an interview I remember seeing a guy leaning back in his chair, I swear could have been his shorter twin. Everday I only went to work dressed to impress him. He actually seemed to be exactly like Sebastians character except a little more mysterious.

Yeah he broke my heart for a short bit, but in return he contacted me four years later apologizing.

I remember when I was gaining my title as a Socialite hence where my name come from, I became familiar with specific types of clubs and gatherings that had celebrity clientele. Not like my Star humping friends who only went in order to add a name to their check list, I just believed that you become a product of your environment and you are who you associate yourself with. Well. There happened to be this one swanky spot called Park, a sushi restaurant lounge that turned into a nightlife social gathering for the inner crowd.

The place was put together by another well respected Hollywood promoter Sarah P (I could never pronounce her last name correctly) and she brought the best of the best including Ryan Phillippe, who I was completely love strucked by the entire night. I never spoke to him because I would have been tongue tied for words, but just being in the same atmosphere was good enough.

Years later I’d see him again at one of the famous House of Hype VMAs after parties.(upper left corner) Now this place was ridiculously huge for me to just bump into the guy, but then again I was in the VIP section with a personal performance from Neyo who played his hit song Champagne Life and I was drinking and living it to the max.

So yeah, now you can see why my crush goes much further than some screen time. Which is why Ryan you are definitely my Man Crush Monday
