Hey world AmberSocial right here and really Im feeling like the world is spinning so fast I can barely keep my balance. I hear the birds chirping outside, this obnoxious child crying at a screeching tone (I hope you loose your voice!) yet I’m in silence only left with my thoughts….they’re mixed with confusion, annoyance and just overall numbness.
Im starting to think that people have a weird sense of humor when it comes to emotional and unexpected situations that are completely out of your control. Like in terms of a reflex.
How the heck are loosing my car keys considered a comical act because Im still waiting for the punch line although I’d surely like to punch a line of people in the face! I mean really to disregard my frustrations is extremely irritating. I spent five hours…..five….frantically trying to figure out how the hell I was going to get home with my car that also had my house keys. Aint nobody got AAA?! Mines expired! The W hotel doesn’t seem to know where they are. Well why would they I mean they are my keys but I think what bothered me the most is that I have been completely and utterly lucid the entire time.
I drink cranberry juice with lime…yeah im that girl that is the odd ball in the bunch that can get drunk off some cranberry juice and life. Ok I had one damn drink ONE and my mind is still working just fine but…where the hell did my keys go?
Everyone is cool and breezy when responding to my question standing there looking at me crazy but you’d be the first one to flip a couch if the shoe were on the other foot, I know I tried but that ish was too heavy!
Oooh let me tell you about my former friend though. This trick who just had to have a hamburger while I’m sitting here having an asthma attack hyperventilating out of HER Mc Donalds bag….I don’t even have asthma! You know I use to love the girl really I did but her unsympathetic demeanor just showed all sides of her when she’s not about any life but her own. The next time you loose your phone or get into it at work with someone… with many beyond many incidents I’ve come to her rescue and defended her in her crazy antics.don’t call me because I’ll be sitting right here eating some ice cream saying “I dont know what to tell you” . Bye Felicia Bye!
My other girl the Columbian beauty truly showed what a true friend can be. Patient sweet and kind…I owe her a months worth of lunch….scratch that A lunch since that new key cost me an arm and a leg that I almost wanted to bite off which reminds me… Where is that Mystery mans next clue to give away that cash? I would be unplanting every bush and tree and turning over buildings and cars in order to find the next envelope. I would Pay it forward if i did find it though. Well what can I do now but sit here with my shades on in my house on three hours of sleep feeling incognito. I’ve been up since 8am yesterday morning so whats no more sleep going to do other than having me buying some concealer.
Yeah thats me and friends including The Jabawakis who were sitting at the table in front of us for Jazz Night with Nikki Leonti belting those perfect notes on stage. I was celebrating the last day of my birthday week
