So every Sunday people are out shopping looking for deals and bargains because typically you can get an additional percentage taken off of your purchases (They make it appear to be a once in a million ordeal when it’s every freaking weekend). Yeah 20% basically off the entire strip of Melrose.
One popular spot amongst the LA regulars would be the Fairfax Flea Market where vendors galor are out to promote their business and brands. A more legitimate shopping experience than your Average swap meet. With a walk in fee of $2..wait Im sorry did you say $3? (Side Eye, I see that they racked up and jumped on board the minimum wage increase) Ive found many cash worthy items and continue to go back for more.
From $10-25 high rised jean shorts, personally handcrafted jewelry and even home decor and if you’re looking for some beat up old boots (Yes worn as it is a flea market you snobs!) They have it all. Once you’ve built those reports and relationships its almost guaranteed that the vendors will show their honest appreciation in return.
One of my favorite vendors is where im able to get my spiritual cleansing and stack up on some more gorgeous crystals which all have different elements to them in the energy fields. Many ranging from all over the globe the best way to understand the crystals energy is to become one with it. Yeah it’s not for everyone but neither is religion.
Look at my new stone Amber yeah just like my name. Actually Amber isn’t considerably a stone but more like hardened sap. Either way it promotes positive energy and is a great stone to carry aound. After reading up on some new buys I walked away with two new friends and an equal amount of personal gifts. Thank you so much!
So after walking around a bit more as you can never really get everything that you want all in one day…or you can just buy out the complete lot we came across another vendor that caught our attention. Fizz Bath Co. Bath and Body Products. Ok so how many brands can you think of past the two hand mark (counting the fingers on both hands…dah) and how many can you honestly say that you use?
Well the only difference is that not only are some of these products 100% organic and Vegan but they’re also edible. Sounds kinky huh
Items ranging from body scrubs, bath salts and even lip softners. Now when I spoke about what was edible, let me reiterate that the lip scrub you dab, scrub and yes lick off! Sounds easy huh? Ranging in flavors of Chocolate (I’ve already got that flavor taken care of Wink) Peach, Watermelon, Chocolate Banana and my personal choice Coconut . After I scrub a bit on my lips I practicality became my own dessert and my lips felt even more softer and smoother than they were with some basic lip gloss.
Omg how cute! It even came with its own little kiss. This will be one of my new trends that is if I can actually use it and not devour it.
