Oh the agony of yet another reality show that shows the ultimate desperation of reaching fame. At what point does your dignity not come to blows with the harsh facts of reality.

There once was a time when our entertainment was soely based off of talent, hard work and knowledge. I even remember when The Real World was ONLY a reality show based off the lives of several strangers living in one house and when the cameras permanently turned off so did those housemates.

Then things started to change.

Slowly but surely you’d see more and more sense less shows coming to life when really they should have been put to death. Cast members would be making their way to Red Carpets, Events and such and then the dynamics of the industry took a turn. For the stupid.

Once upon a time it was exhilarating to be able to have that real drive of trying to make it in the rat race, but now its all just another ridiculous game. I mean a CAT! can rise to fame before a person walking into an audition What the hell?!

Reality TV my ass! What’s reality is that this industry has turned into a bunch of sheepish imbeciles. All the young inspiring “Rappers” handing out their (right off the shelf from Staples) cds on the street I find more respectable than these broken down back door fame whores. Oh Harvey you have your website, you have your show and even a freaking tour bus in two TWO cities but this dumb move is just well….dumb.

You by far aside from all other people encourage this now trend. I understand that once the majority of people tune into these shows religiously then that ultimately changes the rules of the game.

Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind a few shows here or there, but leave it at just that and nothing more! The term “Celebrity” has now become a disgusting word and a mockery of what one actually is. He’s a celebrity,  she’s a celebrity, that balled up piece of paper with chewed up gum is a celebrity. At what point do we say “okay that was fun but now let’s get serious”.

So now there is yet another show based off the Artiaga family from Famous in 12 originated by Harvey Levin And honestly I can barely even remember their names. There’s the Mother

the “Momager” (Side eye) the father (Questionable) the “DJ” and the three daughters. Ok…. where do I even begin. The oldest is gorgeous

. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and that is what I see. The middle daughter

is better off at being a Video Vixen and one step away from being a prostitute (The dictionary will define the meaning) and the youngest

is the “Singer” yet we still need to hear her sing. Now after watching this gag worthy embarrassment of “striving for your dreams” I also read in between the lines.

What I saw is that people saw through the bull including Ray J and Soulja boy which is why he never came back for you all at the club in the first episode.

The middle daughter I found to be overly obnoxious and self centered but I also see it as an act that went straight to video. I dont see a model. Just another figment of the imagination and I’ve gone through that phase too. You would be that used up girl that came from a casting couch.

The oldest I actually like. Could I be friends with her? mmmmm probably not but! I am rooting for her. Now she to me, comes across as the model. That photographer saw her up close and personal so im only speaking from what I saw. She has the confidence of a business woman, an enterpenuer someone who can rise above all the crap and make a better example for her younger clueless sisters. Especially for her son.

I highly doubt that with this any of you would be at the level of Halle berry, Gabrielle Union or even Meagan Good. If Tyler Perry hasn’t acknowledged your existence by now then Womp womp.

The younger sister is absolutely adorable, but darling….gloating about your virginity is unbecoming. That is something that should be sacred and personal NOT for the world to know. If anything its going to further encourage the scum of the industry to hunt you down like packS of wolves as if you were fresh meat. That! Is the reality.

The Mom I’m completely mind boggled by her sense of parenting. Harvey was right you are an enabler. The only problem is that this is still HIS LabRat show at which you all are his labrats in this experiment and he will continue at making his experiments. He said you were an enabler but he didn’t reiterate nor emphasize as to why. You’re absolutely clueless.  You, as I see didn’t do any type of research of any sort other than the easy desperate access of finding fame. 

As a mother and this includes the oldest, you not only want to nurture your children but you want to positively guide and protect them in a way that they learn and grow without looking like a bunch of ignoramuses on national television. You need to be honest and forthcoming with your children NOT in the form of being even more thirsty, which damn?! Quench your thirst with 7up if your mouth is that dry.

This is a very cliche and Jaded town trust! And in all honesty, I want to see you all fail. Not because im a “hater” ( god thats such an ignorant phrase) but because I want you all to retract your sense of thinking (not in the form of Harveys “Challenges”) but humble yourselves. You’re not a humble group of people and integrity doesn’t seem to fit your vocabulary.

Here’s my tip: instead of going the route of “Whatever it takes” how about “Im going to take what I’ve learned and apply it”.

Here is one thing you can Positively do. Go to the bookstore Samuel French on Sunset Blvd and read a book. No seriously their books are very informative if you’re serious about acting and modeling. Align yourself with the Right people who have your best interest at heart.

Its going to be a tough road and an exasperating one at that. There are more productive and respectable ways about furthering your path to honest success but it takes time so goodluck and I’ll be watching
