Social Media; Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, Twitter and MySpace (is that even relevant anymore?) . They’ve all been created to explore the rapid minds of technologist (Not a real word, I made it up) Technologist; People who are tech savvy extremist. This includes but not limited to, Selfies, foodies, Vloggers, Likers ect. It’s exhausting trying to keep up with the trend. Did you know that there was a study of how quickly a person could look at their phone before they even look at the sunlight peeping through their windows? This crap is frying our brains and creating deformed cells that could become detrimental if we allow it to come into effect.
I needed a break from it all. Everything and practically everyone. Video after video of offensive footage ranging from fights between females that look like a pack of wild dogs. Everyone is a freaking singer nowadays and you’re going to hear them sing as long as someone drowns out your ears on your newsfeed. Oh god the mothers… you know, I’ve come to terms that I would give almost anything to be one, but come on we don’t need to see every precious moment of your damn child. Throw a precious party to celebrate how precious you think they are. Half the time I don’t see all the fuss. I just see more big heads than the cuteness, though there are those very few that take me by the heart. And then there are the opinions. If there is one thing that shakes the rattle and juices up my venom are the opinionators; obnoxious, cringe worthy individuals that test your temperament levels. I’ve had my fair share of online debates that used a lot of patience and fluid speech, and I’ve even been known to be clever with my thoughts and words, but there’s those few that you just want to knock out and call it sweet dreams. Tags for like, follows for follows even the route of paying for virtual “friendship” that you can’t place an actual identity to. yeah I took a break from it all.
You see, I don’t play by the “manual book in fact I think it’s all a bunch of humdrum and the sheep? Yeah I’m literally the black one. I’ve never been the following type, but that crap is inevitable, so you can see where there’s some reasonable contradiction here. So in the mean time I’m still going to write because I enjoy expressing myself without interruption, but it’s going to be with passion, excitement and motives. So if you’re reading this… expect to read more and please go watch the short indie Aspirational starring Kirsten Dunst one of my long time and forever admired actresses. It pinpoints the social craze that has become an abomination to a virtual society
